Iloura's 2006 collaboration with Paramount Pictures on the children's classic Charlotte's Web earned Iloura a nomination in the 2007 VES awards held annually in Los Angeles.
The nomination for Outstanding Character Animation in a Live Action Motion Picture for the character of Wilbur is a testament to the quality of our work.
Other recent projects include Catch A Fire, for Working Title Films UK. Directed by Phillip Noyce and opening to great critical acclaim, this film depicted the true story of the black political activist Patrick Chamuso during the era of apartheid in South Africa.
Prior to Catch a Fire, Iloura produced the entire vfx package for Seven Swords, directed by cult Hong Kong director Tsui Hark. Iloura's work comprised of 200 wire removal shots and 150 Visual Effects shots, and received a nomination in the category “Best Visual Effects” at the 2005 Golden Horse Awards. Also for the Chinese market Iloura produced a series of dagger shots for Yi-mou hang's esteemed House of Flying Daggers.
In the same year the team created 90 visual effects shots for the Australian film Look Both Ways, which won Best Australian Film at the 2005 AFI Awards.
